"It’s much easier to control expenses in a vacation rental than in a hotel," Joan says. "Many hotels have food and beverage minimum and won’t let you bring in your own caterer. What's great is you can host your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and even post-wedding brunch, all in the same location!"
